Started on calorie control and exercise two weeks ago. Calories in and calories out, the old friend. Tony is sceptical but I'm cooking most of our food at home so I hope it will be successful. We've been under 1200 cal every day, and under 600 on our fast days 2 days per week. We're losing weight, though I'd prefer it to be faster considering the low calorie intake.
195.6 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
