Curious.... I am up half a pound. Not sure how that happened. I guess it could be one of a few things. I started using coconut oil on my hands because they are SO dry. I am pretty sure that is an approved oil... I'll have to verify now. Also, I may not be getting enough water. I need to pay better attention to how much water I am getting. My water intact could be affecting other things as well...
157.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Tania! I need all of the encouragement I can get. How is the plateau? have you seen movement on the scale again? Keep your spirits up, you'll get there.

Plateau sucks lol. I started my maintenance and am eager to get back on the drops. I'm holding pretty much at the same weight which I'm happy about. Just ready to lose some more. Keep in touch.
