Not sure I should report this... It's a different scale... Might have to remove when I get back to my old one, if it goes up... But I don't want to go a whole week without weighing.
213.6 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i weigh myself 3-4 times per week usually every other day, so i can see if the weight goes down in the long run because weight goes down and up how depending about workouts, eating etc 😌

I recorded my weight from my Dr scale from an appointment earlier this week instead of my at home scale....I figure theirs is more accurate than mine....plus, I liked the number better...lol

Once a week... That would require quite a lot of will power to stay off the scale. 🤔😟
