Weekly average 169.7 Down 2 ounces which doesn't really mean anything or can mean many things. 😄 Moving on to a new week. ➡️
169.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I try to ignore my scale most days! Weightloss is an exercise of patience that's for certain! Not for sissies! Lol!

Bear, I know it can be given much too much importance just on it's own. I do have to seriously start putting some real effort into achieving my goal, with or without the scale. 😊
