No idea why weight is up. I stayed under RDI yesterday and jumped rope. My weighted ropes have arrived and I used them yesterday. Maybe it is water gain?
143.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
