Fasted 2 days this last week, and ate low calorie after the fasting (soup, etc). Mostly eating pretty well at other times, though have been out forr a few meals. Need to exercise more- barely burning any calories at all. Difficult to do in morning because waking up tired, but need to change this.
196.9 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.6 lb a week
