Day 23 of jump rope is completed as of yesterday. I am being more productive with work and home stuff. Have to be a better mom. Overall in a better headspace.
142.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
