Have been fasting 2 or 3 days per week, from dinner one day till dinner the next. Doing very well on fast days but eating the wrong things (not necessarily over-eating) on the other days. Trying to eat healthier as well as do the fasts, to increase weight loss as I'm not happy with the rate of weight loss.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
