Okay, back on track, doing okay, lost 4 lbs quickly, whew!! Mi amiga Shelly is a great source of inspiration, she didn't gain anything back (well, not by her weigh in date) after the holidays. Gotta keep up and she will help me do it. Gracias mi amiga.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mi mejor amiga!!! You can do it! The little you think you gained back will come off faster than you think. You are also my inspiration. The fact that you are a few years older than me and still are as active as you are and have such pride in how you look and feel remind me all the time that this is life changes we are making and together we will be able to do this!
