Did okay over the weekend, had a couple of endulgences, but I worked it out with the diet, and I lost one more pound, so I guess I did okay. I have lots of support with mi mejor amiga Shelly, and that really helps. We help each other stay on track. Gracias Shelly!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
