Ok, went to dinner with the family tonight and I was pretty good. I had the house salad, 1 cup rice pilaf and a rum and diet coke. Not bad, I am learning.

Thank you. Glad to see that you are feeling better today. I didn't do bad today, I just was running around so much I didn't eat, so I ate what I thought might work and I guess it did. We'll see when I weigh in tomorrow. See you on Monday.
