Been a week since my last weigh in and almost a pound down. Not too bad for Valentines week. Going to work on tweaking my food plan some this week. Still shooting got 240’s by end of February!
252.6 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I struggle to get the weight on. If you care enough to say what is in your heart than take care of your heart. Your head will follow. Keep meals simple and make the right choices for that moment. Find health foods that support your nutritional needs and emotional needs. You will loose the weight and be happy and healthy for it. Be kind to yourself. Tell yourself your worth the time to "Do It".
