Well Happy New Years Everyone!!! I will officially start 2020 the heaviest I have ever been. 276.80. It’s time to get refocused and back on track.
Spending today setting new goals and updating all my tools like FatSecret to prepare for my journey in and throughout 2020!
Again I wish everyone a happy and blessed New Year!!

276.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 51.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
