Sleeping well after Texas trip.
Also a lot of Vitamin D3 from Texas Sun.
Spent at Swimming Pool Daily.
Feeling residual effects from previous weeks.
And Current Clean Eating & Hydration.
145.8 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
