Yesterday First Day work out After Texas.
20 cardio: Treadmill, Stairmaster.
Chest & Shoulder machine.
Abs: incline, vertical leg lift, floor leg lift, transverse
147.6 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
