Healthy Keto + intermittent fasting + a lot of money to lose with HealthyWage. :) Plus, this was mid-day after a meal when I usually weigh-in first thing in the morning.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had a pre op the other morning while IF and an appointment with my family doctor later that afternoon. I weighed less at the family doctor appointment after eating. I was shocked.
