Been off Keto.
Very stressful last 3 months. Add 8 lb.
Had to reprioritize my short term goals.
Been restructuring my income.
Prepping to leave one home and find a financially sound home to buy.
Now feel emotionally stable because I have a Plan of action.

Have returned to my long term goal of healthy eating, journaling, & light exercising.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
