Yesterday, I had dinner with friends at a restaurant. I enjoyed the taste, spicy, hot soup flavor, volume, flavorful protein, variety, even a bite of dessert. This morning I was happy to note at least the scale stayed the same.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
