I have one 5am - 1pm work shift on Saturdays which involves manual labor. I haven't found the right balance of just enough of a "carb-up" to fuel the shift. This week I missed the mark not just on Saturday, but on Thursday and Friday as well. Will incorporate 16/8 IF and be more careful this week.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
