Finally, the weight scale is moving down. Possible clues of why: Yesterday, interestingly I Skipped exercise and took a Nap instead. Although I Skipped lunch my total calorie intake was unaffected. Ate Egg whites, Zucchini spirals, Turkey, Tomato sauce, Asian pear, 4 Rice Cake, Peanut butter morsels.
