Finally, the weight scale is moving down.
Possible clues of why:
Yesterday, interestingly I Skipped exercise and took a Nap instead.
Although I Skipped lunch my total calorie intake was unaffected.
Ate Egg whites, Zucchini spirals, Turkey, Tomato sauce, Asian pear, 4 Rice Cake, Peanut butter morsels.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
