Went up 1 pound.
4 days I ate out at restaurants.
I was Out of town, at Birthday celebration, and Business meetings.
Shall focus on healthy eating today.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
