Another week has gone by and I am happy to say still continuing to lose my weight.
I am still on occasions craving sweets, especially at night after dinner, and have
been eating apple slices, sliced half-ripe bananas, or popcorn.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
