i do have a question...has nothing to do with topic ...i took today off...an on my days off...im exhausted...i mean totally exhausted..couldnt stay awake till after lunch..just wore out..i know im old..but geez...cant enjoy a day off cause im exhausted..have more energy on the days i workout/ride..any thoughts

Wannabehealthier, I get that and it is frustrating. I'm 68, work fulltime at a stressful position. I have days I want to do a lot but am simply tired; so annoying. Right now I'm blaming it on 3 blown discs and the almost constant pain. I think sometimes we just push our bodies all week and the body says "that's enough, time for a break'. I've learned that I need to give myself a break and take it easy those days. I would love to go out to the gym this evening, will go tomorrow.

I wish I had the answer, low iron no because your wouldnt function to capacity weekdays hmmm? I 'm just the opposite hard to wind down. Are you eating the same macros Mike weekends and weekdays?

Well I would go and have a blood test done sweetie...68 and working out like you do...young men should be so energized and enthusiastic....There can be several factors to feeling fatigued.. and the blood test may help assist with that knowledge and get you back to feeling so much better, or should I say less exhausted, hope you get to feeling more like yourself soon;)

I feel fine now....just was exhausted this morning when I first got up at 330am...by 10am...was starting to wake up an smell the coffee....always tired like this on my first day off...even wanted to ride this afternoon between rain showers....but told myself that today was my day off...

My thoughts also is it a health issue? Mine right now is I'm pushing through constant pain. My body gives up after a time and says stop.
