51..feels like 49..goood friday morning..woke up early..so have a few minutes to journal before i head to fitness room to get my morning zwift ride in..just quit raining again..more again tonight..only good thing about all the rain..lest its not snow..or we would have alot..more then we have seen in along time..

ive been noticing that my 40s are getting really big around the waist..even when i buckle my belt..there room to go another notch..so last night i got my 38s outta closet an thought il just see if they fit ..well...i could get em on..was like they was painted on..couldnt wear underwear..no room...yes they fit..but was so happy to unbutton them an put em back on hanger..even though scales is slowly showing loss..inches are telling me im still making progress..even when i dont feel like it..

didnt want to get up this morning..but gotta get that workout/miles..got 86.6..for week..want t add more on..did 462 in jan..have 728 so far this month..gonna be close to what i need for feb..ride i did yesterday inside..the miles just seemed to fly by..had wanted to get outside..but decided it was to damp once the rain quit..but hoping today since its gonna be 59 or so..can get a short ride in later this morning..just have to wait an see...

well time to get moving...i need my dose of endorphins.. get this mornings ride in once again...MURPH WAKE UP..IL BE RIDING BY..LOL..BPATTY..WAKE UP...YOU TO BPATTY..AN MAXIE..TIME TO GET THEM EYES OPEN FOR ANOTHER GREAT DAY...

l have an arthritic condition in my main thumb muscle with flares up from time to time and it was a little sore on my bench and peck day.long story short Mr.Dumbass that's me who uses 45lbs for peck flies.jumped up to 65lbs, 45 is my top.the devil said you can do that..hahaha ya l did it alright after my 3rd motion l felt my joint kinda come out of place.hahaha forget the other 5 reps l'm going home to suffer.so here l am hopefully wiser.
