Sad day. 😔 I haven't been tracking food at all. I see it I eat it. I knew the scale would go up though. Can't blame anyone but myself. Hopefully I can make my way in the right direction again. Just need to remember why I started.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
