I know exactly how you feel. I have a sweet tooth and when I say sweet tooth I mean this tooth is so bad it's hereditary we eat ice cream or frosting at 1am out of the carton, or ice cream for breakfast, oh I had a bad day I need sugar, oh I had a good day I need sugar, oh my day was long I need sugar, the sky is blue I need sugar! I'm trying so hard to be good and loose weight. I wish there was something I could do to curve the sweet tooth craving! It's not hungry it's a sugar craving or addiction honestly. Oh wow is me. Lol good job for you staying good I am going to try so hard to follow suit.

I think if we lose a day to a lack of control, it's ok. Pick up the next day and forget about it. Move forward. One bad day out of 6 weeks of good days is a huge success and triumph.

AT LEAST ITS A LITTLE VOICE.. MINE IS A HUGE VOICE ON A LOUDSPEAKER...THERE IS TWO WAYS TO LOOK AT THIS....1-IF YOU ARE HOME AND GET THIS CRAVING MAKE SURE THERE IS NO TEMPTING FOOD IN YOUR HOUSE..THIS WORKS FOR ME...2-IF IT OCCURE=S AT AN EVENT OR WHEN U PASS BY A SWEET SHOP THEN TAKE A DIFFERENT ROUTEE...I TRY TO AVOID THINGS LIKE FOOTBALL GAMES AND WEDDINGS BECAUSE I KNOW MY LOUDSPEAKER WILL GO ON..AND EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE JUST GIVE IN TO NO GUILT OBSSESIVE EATING..I DO THE NO GUILT PART IS IMPORTANT BY SAYING MY LIFE HAS CHANGED AND I DESERVE THIS BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WHEN U DO THIS IS BE TOTALLY DECISIVE AND POWERFUL TO GET BACK TO YOUR NEW LIFESTYLE THE VERY NEXT DAY.

Try to add more bitter foods to your diet. Maybe that will help. It tends to help me. I keep a potted aloe plant in my house. I'll sometimes scoop about an ounce of gel, blend in my smoothies, or blended with a little honey and swallow real fast.. Yuck but does my body good is what I tell myself. One of my favorite green leafy veg is Rapini, sometimes called Broccoli rabe. I love the slight bitterness it has. I usually try to eat it when I've seriously rocked out on some sweets. Just season with your peppers, onion, garlic, you might like it. I'm just thinking the bitter counteracts the sweet. I'll bake my chocolate cake without sugar and add coffee to eat with my ice cream, just to work on the conscience. But with all that, enjoy life guys. We all have something we're battling.
