I am feeling good. I have been eating more clean, asking resisting eating unnecessary foods- calories, breads, cheese.

Eating cut apples for snacks, cut honey dew melon, bananas, oranges, Im drinking about a gallon of water per day, I buy the gallon water from the store - about 5 of them, and drink all day :)
Eating Almonds for snacks grilled salmon, salad cucumbers, tomato, spinach :) So yummy.

I feel happy and light, physically, emotionally, mentally.

I've been jogging/ walking daily. Had a chiropractor visit on Wednesday 10/4/16, which helped to realign my body for physical activity.
Walked, jogged on Monday, then Yoga that evening.

I want to do hot yoga - once a week to start off, then to increase as desired, if at all.

I also want to go back to zumba class and boot camp - maybe once a week :)
I am feeling motivated right now, and also desiring a consistent work out partner. I also want to go hiking w/ my cousin, who has joined a hiking group. The go hiking every Saturday and Sunday. I wont go on Sundays but Saturdays - Yes :)
205.5 lb Lost so far: 84.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
