I transferred my job to a new location x1 year ago and I am not walking as much during the day as I use to. :(
I have gained 12lbs since I've been working here and I am looking to get back down to 170lbs.

I am eating fruits and fish, cutting carbs, and I need more veggies and nuts for my daily intake.

I turned 30 this year and each year my body changes. I am sitting mostly during the day, because I am doing registration. I will make more of an effort to walk the length of the department at least 5-8 times a day to get my steps in...

So much more I want to do. I want to have flexibility in my body. More stamina, build lean muscle and tone my butt, thighs, stomach, pooch, and especially my arms... I guess that's the whole package.

I miss walking/ jogging the hills in San Francisco. Those help me burn a tone of calories and burn fat. I miss walking from my job to BART and getting more cardio and outside time in.

I am sad that I have to arrange a new routine for myself, like more organized working out.

I am thinking about yoga . At this point in my schedule though, there is time for working out at home, which I just need to do it. I have yoga and fat burning yoga DVDs. I have strength training DVDs, and I can pay $8 for Thursday Bootcamp class @ 7 or 8pm.

I want to do the TRX full body work outs, but I am not sure of cost... I need to look it up.

I don't want my daughter to be left out while I'm trying to get my workout schedule. She can work out with me @ home, and participate in the free yoga on Mondays :) the other days, I will just have to decide if I will get care for her...

I am thinking to eat more Salmon weekly - transitioning to not eating meat, though I enjoy ground turkey and some chicken meals.

I know I need to eat more rich greens, avocado, kale, broccoli, zucchini...

Also, I love the alkaline water w/ electrolytes. That water and avocado does my body good. I can see real results in my body, how I feel, how I feel when I wake up. Not too sluggish, alert, feelings of being well rested.

I miss my work out partner too. We use to motivate each other and walk every day at work :) I need another work out partner that I vibe well with :)

Maybe I will buy another pedometer to motivate me :) Pedometers are fun!
I also want new work out clothes, especially workout shoes that are comfortable and cute. I want new work out pants/ shirts and maybe ankle weights. Pinks, purples, blues, reds, neon colors, black. Some workout attire is too expensive though. But, I think I will buy a few pieces here and there.
207.4 lb Lost so far: 82.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make the weight loss happen now because it definitely doesn't get any easier at an older age.
