Off the wagon. Depressed. Big, and super fast gain. Didn't think I could pack it on so quickly. Its insane.

On again. Woke up early and did my 30 minute walk. Felt excellent.

I love that the weather is finally becoming cooler. It makes it so much easier to move around outside for me.

I find it really helpful to log in here every day, and get inspiration from others' journals. Good for you for getting back on plan. I hear ya on the cooler weather. I despise being out in the humid heat!

You'll wrestle it down again faster than you did before; some of it must be water weight.

I hope you can find someone to talk to about your depression and get medication if necessary. It isn't something you need to stay on forever, maybe just until you feel better. It can make a world of difference in all of the other areas of your life.

Everything like your mood, health, weight and eating are all so connected. It's hard isn't it? I agree to get some supplements or medications if you are really down. Consider vitamins too. I take B12 for energy and to improve mood and a low dose antidepressant. It works well. Adding some really good food choices and exercise tops it off. Sleep is a huge one too. I take a melatonin supplement for that (doctor recommended). Wow does sleep affect your day and health!
