Solid 2 Lb. week -- surprised. My birthday was Monday and I decided that 6 months without my favorite foods was way too long -- so I had a chili relano, beans, rice, chips, and a hard shell taco all with a killer salsa. Washed it down with a Corona Lite. Well, a birthday is a good reason for a cheat day -- and that is the most cheating I have done since starting down this trail. Apparently, I made up for it the rest of the week OK, cause I still made weight. 39.6 to go.
