I have been struggling to get this last 20 off.

165.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! Track every bite. Stay active! Stay hydrated! Plan your meals out. Take a cooler to work if you work. You can bring everything you need. There are also great apps to help you make good choices when you go out to eat. Good luck!

thank you, this has been the hardest time Ive ever tried to loose weight. after I turned 50 it has been a true up hill battle. Thanks for the encouragement
