Hi FS Gang!
I weighed myself and as expected, I gained, but this is still lower than after I binged out for a few weeks.

Goals:
May 319
June 309
August 15 299

I go on vacation end of July so I figure even if I don't pig out I will still have some type of gain even if it's just water. But I am thinking about how to work the program during that time and I will come up with a plan.

In the meantime, I am going to get some new walking shoes so I can walk during lunch since the weather is nicer. Also, I am going to commit to swimming 3x per week.

I do better when I physically write things down so tonight I will get out my cute little journal that has a section for everything.

Today I did a good job and brought chicken and salad fixings for lunch.

I am going to my parents this weekend for Mother's Day - 6 drive Friday night and 6 hours back on Sunday night. I need to be prepared for the drive b/c it is boring as heck and boring = binge. Preparation is the key.

I hope everyone has a good day and hangs in there!
