Consumed a thousand calories today in the form of chocolate, crisps, and nuts. Horrible. Was feeling so good but this morning felt annoyed at being .3kgheavier. Let emotional issues get to me and binged. Wow. Need to resolve psychological issues as well as physical. Really, really need to break link between feeling bad and eating
