1100 kcal Fat: 37.54g | Prot: 64.21g | Carb: 118.00g.   Breakfast: Strawberries, 1% Fat Milk, Oats Cereal (Without Salt, Cooked with Water, Unenriched). Lunch: RA Sushi Lunch Sashimi Assortment, Side of Veggies, Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Shirakiku Sweet Pickled Ginger, Roland Wasabi Paste in Tubes. Dinner: Condiment Cushion, Joseph's Mini Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Birds Eye Steamfresh Broccoli & Cauliflower, Sweet Potato, Food Lion Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins. Snacks/Other: Finn Crisp Multigrain Thin Crispbread, Carrots, Gala Apples. more...
