Well, mostly behaved myself yesterday. My downfall was going to the bar with coworkers to celebrate one guy's last day on day shift.
I did behave somewhat, as I ate dinner before going, so I wouldn't order food. I was surrounded by trays of fried deliciousness that was being shared, and I didn't have a single bite!
I did however have one more beer than I should have, but that still kept me at the 1700 calorie mark. About 200 over my target, but not enough to throw me off track.
Hoping to keep it up this weekend!
