day two of taking it one day at time and i met my goals. Got my morning walk in, made it to the gym with the kid and ate what I planned to eat and logged all of it. I'm about 600 steps away from 10k but I did circuit at the gym and only had a brisk walk this morning so I think 9400 steps is still a lot. I'll prolly get the rest here around the house tonite. I could use some more water but I'm off tomorrow so I'm up late for movie night with the MR and Imma bout to pour me a huge glass. Planning on some smoked almonds and cheddar I got today and if all else fails.. I have pork skins. Trying to decide if I want to hit the street for my day off or not but leaning to not bc when there is a break in my routine its hard to pick up where I left off and I'm still trying to get back on track. We'll see. Mike wants to go to the Navy, again, but I want him to wait bc he hasn't lost the 10bs they asked him to. End note, I'm grateful for today's victories and tomorrow is a new day. May we all enjoy it and each other.

Good plans and it sounds like you are accomplishing your goals with them. I agree with the "break in routine" bit....I, like you, have also a need to keep things structured as I am easily led off the path...I am choosing staying home this weekend as I don't want anything to disturb or interrupt my goals for this next week. (Am I a control freak or what?????) Know this Navy thing is hard for you....our kids have such a way of stressing us out without even realizing it. They see the whole world as an oyster and are afraid that they might miss out on something because of their choices....they are finding out that being grown-up is not as easy as it once looked. And yes, we need to be grateful for what God has provided for us today....thinking about you and wishing you a beautiful day off tomorrow!
