Feeling pretty good! Went to the trainer and worked out with him for a hour and a half (ARMS DAY)...When I got home, did the following:

10 minutes of weight hula hooping

3 set of 10 reps of the following (ABS):
In and outs
Plank punches
Spider monkeys
