Greetings my Buddies:
Well, the "Idiot Box" seems to think I am down 1.2 pounds tonight!
I worked out again today so my muscles could be holding water in the repair mode...or not.
I might weigh again tomorrow to see if I am either a)really down 1.2 pounds or b)down even more!
ADDENDUM - OK down .2 lbs more today! 1.4 down this week! YAY
Words of the week: Food does not feel as good as losing weight!
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.

HCB-- known fact that when you are using any of your muscles in a manor they are unaccustomed to they will engorge and thusly be at a greater mass and weight...keep up the good work.

I am close to my posted weight (finally) and will eventually start using the FS weight graph again. I did not want to post a gain...too discouraging.

It looks like we have the same goals and are similar in weight and age. I sent you a buddy request, hope you accept, maybe we could give great motivation along our journey.
