drilled a new hole in my belt. I've come so far. I'm going to trip up over the next couple of days. it's Christmas. only a saint wouldn't. but you know... afterward I'll get back to it I'll be back to the four of my five pillars and loosen the two pounds I'm sure I'll gain and get down to 270 by February. im excited.
291.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
