Had another good day. I couldn't believe we had to eat 1 cup beans, 1 cup rice and veggies. Ugh, it was hard to choke down, but I did. Then had to eat again later. 1500 calories is a lot of food, but we did it. I weighed again this morning and lost another 2 lbs. so that's 4 altogether. Mi mejor amiga Shelly had a rough day, but the good news is that she has lost 4 lbs in two days. So together that's 9 lbs.
