4606 calories yesterday yet I look the leanest I've looked so far. Must be the carb up. #flexibledieting

Well done - with your muscle, your metabolism is high which is how you can eat what you eat. You burn calories just sittin' around doing nothing!

4000 calories sounds a lot, but I know I have been eating that much or more when I eat everything I want without moderation all day long and in the middle of the night, 🐷😶

That is an impressive amount of pure muscle. Perhaps more muscle than 4 'mere mortals'. Therefore you deserve 4x everything :)

Just wondering how much workout time you have a day...and are you in competitions.? Cuz that body looks like a full time job!

I currently workout at least 2 hours a day. I am getting ready for a timed course event called Tough Mudder so I run when I wake and lift at night. When maintaining I wouldn't work out as much, I would just need to eat a little less.

This is my third one so I have a pretty good idea of what I will encounter. The biggest difference this time is that it is timed. We upgraded to the 'Tougher' version. Yes, we will get zapped probably multiple times and then there is the arctic enema, lol! Ice water that we have to wade through. Yay!
