Funny, I really learned how to swim well in junior college by taking a swim class. I really should take it up again. Bet you are getting a nice burn. Aloe, if that is so. That sun creeps up on you. Vegas, baby, I love that place. Can't wait for Friday! lol

Just got back from red rock canyon. 2.5 mile hike UP the mts was fantastic :-) We took the 13mile scenic drive and did one trail. Ice box canyon I think it was great. We had been to red rock before but never took a trail hike. What a beautiful peice of land here in Nevada. Absolutely breathtaking. Glad we did that. Took 2.5 hours of hiking but we made it there and back woot woot. My legs r screaming right now. Time for a nap!
