King in the North's Journal, 15 December 2016

Yes I let my diet go to hell over the past year and I am pretty much where I started 2 years ago weight wise but a couple things are different.Back then was wearing a 44 inch waist in pants and today I am at a 38(well they are starting to get a bit tight lol). The fact that I continued to lift despite a horrible diet did help and I am as strong as I have ever been. However the reality is you can't out-train a a bad diet and I put way too much weight back on.I know what worked before and it will work again. Most importantly my head is back where it needs to be to do this!

Welcome back. Having your head in the right place is key to getting back on track with eating. Continuing to lift has probably helped build more muscle as well even with eating being off target. You can do this!

Depending on how tall you are determines how much it shows. I'm six three and can fluctuate fifty pounds without it really showing.
