Keto sticks still show moderate ketosis.Going to have to cut back on the pork rinds and cheese for snacks.I read that milk protein in cheese can cause a stall in weight loss for some people.
255.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
