I am taking baby steps. Only a couple days in, i have had minor slip ups but I believe within the next week I will start doing better. I am trying to work my way to better workouts for my body. Today however I was on the sedentary side. SO def got to step that up more. I am hoping to be able to join the gym soon as my boy gets settled in his new school. MY boy is 7 he has severe Autism and will be going to a specialized school for ABA therapy, full term so that means my morning will be a bit free, besides when i have house work etc. and in this house normal house work is non existence lol. One thing that holds me back is I do not drive. 32 years old and still don't drive, kinda sad, so i have to rely on my babe to take me back n forth all the time, so my goal is to start driving that way i can take myself to the gym. My babe did say he'll take me there and pick me up in a hr for now, but I worry cause he does work midnights and I know he needs his sleep but im gonna figure something out.
