Any suggestions on how often to weigh in?

I weight every 2-3 days, but only records once per week, on mondays, at the same exact time and conditions, like before breakfast.

I only record it once per week but I take a peak every day. Sometimes twice. On my 5:2, I get crazy but predictable swings during the week so I can always see a number and know how I'm doing and if I need to step up my game.

I'm pretty crazy about it. I weigh every morning. Is my way of evaluating the day before. IE: Why didn't I lose as much as before, what did I do different yesterday? And if the weight is going down its a daily reminder that I'm doing well & it keeps me inspired.

I weigh daily, record twice a week. Daily fluctuations can swing as much as 5 pounds, for me.
