have no idea how to change my profile picture...so, I guess I will remain a chicken leg...lol. Finally decided to try and lose weight. I had Non Hopkins lymphoma, difused, type B stage 3 and finished my chemo a little over a year now. So far, scans look good. However, I gained more than I lost and am not too keen about it.....here's to loosing more than my mind 😉

Welcome! A lot of people here are doing Intermittent Fasting (IF) in various formats as a weight loss strategy, and I've seen multiple articles regarding the possible anti-cancer benefits of IF. So, that might be worth reading up on, if you haven't already. Good luck!
