Resetting my diet with a mostly plant-based diet. I’m not ready to give up milk for my coffee, and I’m going to allow 2% milk and feta as my only dairy. Eggs will be included (they’re in the dairy section, but are they really dairy? Ha.)

I plan to master cleanse for 3-5 days, easing in and out. Then I will slowly add back ingredients to my diet; first vegetables, berries, and citrus, then whole grains like quinoa, bulgar, and rolled oats, then dairy, then eggs, and finally minimal lean meats.

Before every meal will be lemon water with a dash of cayenne. All snacks will me fresh vegetables or berries/citrus fruits.
