Fasting goal today is to make it another 21 hours. Anything past 19 and I'm happy though at this point.


Goal met! Made it to 21.5 hours! Yeah!

@nopainnogain - I did the 1 day, then 2 day, then 3 day, then 4 day, before I attempted my current 11 day (I'm on day 3). I will say that for me it only gets easy on day 3+ So the 1-2 day fasts were doing the hard work' and stopping before the 'pay off' :)
