My journey really started Nov 2006. My weight was almost 400 lbs very slowly I lost weight.I am going to a group called T.O.P.S.there are groups all over the USA.I have lost a total of 130 lbs...A bit of trouble at this time. But I have many times like this before and always get going again....God sees me through ans gives me strength!

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 July 2012:
1653 kcal Fat: 65.18g | Prot: 105.33g | Carb: 180.14g.   Breakfast: apple, whole wheat bread, jam, whipped peanut butter. Lunch: frozen strawberries, ball park fat free, wrap carb smart, cheese, egg sub . Dinner: whipped peanut butter, english muffin aldi, chicken breast, soft cream cheese w/ chives, cole slaw mix, miracle whip. Snacks/Other: dunkin donuts iced coffee w/ cream, whole wheat bread, york peppermint creamer, hazelnut sugar free creamer, whipped peanut butter. more...
