My journey really started Nov 2006. My weight was almost 400 lbs very slowly I lost weight.I am going to a group called T.O.P.S.there are groups all over the USA.I have lost a total of 130 lbs...A bit of trouble at this time. But I have many times like this before and always get going again....God sees me through ans gives me strength!
