My journey really started Nov 2006. My weight was almost 400 lbs very slowly I lost weight.I am going to a group called T.O.P.S.there are groups all over the USA.I have lost a total of 130 lbs...A bit of trouble at this time. But I have many times like this before and always get going again....God sees me through ans gives me strength!

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 July 2012:
1653 kcal Fat: 65.18g | Prot: 105.33g | Carb: 180.14g.   Breakfast: whole wheat bread, apple, jam, whipped peanut butter. Lunch: ball park fat free, frozen strawberries, egg sub , cheese, wrap carb smart. Dinner: english muffin aldi, chicken breast, soft cream cheese w/ chives, whipped peanut butter, cole slaw mix, miracle whip. Snacks/Other: whole wheat bread, whipped peanut butter, hazelnut sugar free creamer, dunkin donuts iced coffee w/ cream, york peppermint creamer. more...
